Mobile Outreach Pharmacy and Hospital (MORPH) Fleet Program for Cebu Province

This project proposal proposes the creation of a mobile hospital and mobile pharmacy fleet for Cebu Province. In light of the September 2025 earthquake in Northern Cebu and Typhoon Tino (International Name: Kalmaegi), the fleet may be considered a crucial response mechanism that can be deployable within disaster contexts and not. The fleet ensures the mobility of healthcare services and medicines to areas affected by disasters.
